Transparently open about living with Bipolar Disorder, Lauren turned to songwriting to process parts of life she couldn't understand or get answers to and as soon as she started sharing the lyrics with others, she saw the impact she could have on the world around her. 

Taking up the guitar in the fall of 2023, Lauren began the journey of developing her sound, skills and creating what you see today. 

In July of 2025, Lauren took a leap and recorded and released her first single, "Silent Battles - Live Version" available on all streaming platforms. She recorded the guitar tracks in her bedroom and tracked her vocals in the closet of their small duplex to remove as much noise as she could and not disturb her family. 

The track is FAR from perfect, but she released it to learn. Learn the business, learn how to do better on the upcoming releases and to make her stamp that she is here in this space. 

Lauren lives off a motto -- "Imperfectly perfect is what makes us perfectly human." She'd rather unapologetically be her and show up that wait for approvals and perfection. 

Now she has a new release coming THIS SUMMER and is working with a producer she highly respects and sees the vision in her art and is helping her bring it to life!
